Notice of Refund

Pursuant to the decision of the Wyoming Supreme Court in Wyoming Department of Revenue v. Qwest Corporation, 2011 WY 146, 263 P3d 622, (Wyo. 2011), Qwest Corporation is required to issue a refund of sales tax it collected from customers. Therefore, Qwest (now CenturyLink) is implementing a refund plan which includes providing notice to current customers, as well as those who were customers from February 2003 through 2004. Individuals or businesses who were Qwest customers and believe they may be entitled to a refund should call 1-877-417-3970 to inquire.
